Graphic Design 2.1: Professional Practice, Project 3: Tutor Feedback and Reflection
You have shown a very good investigation into other zoom logos and this has really helped to inspire your own work. Your word lists and quickly sketched ideas are a very good start to your design process. This fluidity is retained in your Illustrator sketches and has led to a logo that suggests caring, nature and animals without being a cliché. Well done with this. Your earlier colour palette testing did explore more unusual colour combinations so this could be an area to continue to explore to help your logo stand out more. The look book covers a good range of applications. The whole body of work is extremely thorough and very well referenced. Don’t forget to add the work to the course Padlet (link is above) and you can comment about your peers’ work there too.
I struggled initially with this task, especially considering whether my logo ideas were functional or too conceptual/ ‘far out’. I have now uploaded my work to the Padlet.
